VEHICLE OPERATIONS TRAINING

To ensure proper gate usage, security, and accountability of persons inside the Rapid City Regional Airport perimeter fencing, also known as the Airport Operations Area (AOA), we require vehicle operations training for each individual requesting a gate access card.

  Vehicle Operations Training Instructions

To accomplish your vehicle operations training, please review the information under “Driving on the Airport Operations Area.” Then, download and review the Rapid City Regional Airport Vehicle Operations Training Manual below. After reviewing the training manual, print and take the Rapid City Regional Airport Non-Movement Area Driving Test. Once you have completed the test, click on the "Gate Card Application" tab to the left and follow the instructions.
